Before any plot goes live on GetYourPlot, our in-house legal team runs a 9-point verification: DTCP/CMDA/RERA, patta, EC, parent documents, layout approval, legal opinion, developer KYC, and bank loan pre-approval. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't get listed. Full stop.
